1. What are the modes of Payment?

Birdys.co.in is an internet based service and hence it is necessary for you to order directly from this web site.We accept all International and Indian Credit Cards and Debit cards. Also we offer payment option through Rupay Debit Cards.

2. What if I do not receive an order confirmation Via Email?

You Will receive an confirmation email shortly after we receive your order. If you do not receive this email within four hours Please feel free to contact us @ 022-28585555 or write to us at mail@birdys.co.in.

3. Can I change the Delivery address or Delivery date of Order?

We will change the delivery address or delivery date as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. To request a change to delivery address, Please contact us @ 022-28585555

4. Is it safe to use my Credit Card Online?

We Have a Payment gateway from HDFC Bank. We offer the use of a secure server. 6. Why if my Shopping Cart is empty or there is Error or Empty Form?

If the products you have selected are not showing up in your shopping cart, there may be a Cache Memory problem in your PC. 7. How do I know Delivery Date?

We provide you with a Calendar as soon as you click on BUY button to choose an item for delivery. Just check the Calendar in the landing page for an idea about availability of date and product.

8. What if there is problem in Product or NonDelivery?

If there is any problem in product or quality or non delivery of the products you should mail us within 2 hours of the delivery.

9. Will My Product look same as Shown in the Picture?

Yes

10. Will my Order deliver on same day I order?

The orders placed after 1800 hrs will be delivered next day subject to availability of products and the confirmation to that effect will be given next day start of 1000 hrs.

11. Do you deliver Order on Sundays and National Holidays?

Orders placed for Sunday and National Holiday are not guaranteed for delivery but you can call @ 022-28585555 or write to us at mail@birdys.co.in and get the confirmation of delivery.

12. What are the delivery timings?

All deliveries will be shipped between 1200 hours to 2100 hours. Every effort will be made for same day delivery provided the orders are placed by 18:00 hrs. In case of counter products (Not in Bulk number - more than 3 cakes and more than 10 for other counter products) subject to availability of the same.

13. How do I know Birdys.co.in has received my order or not?

As soon as we recieve your order, an email is sent to the email id provided in the checkout form.

14. What Items can be sent along with the Order?

All the items mentioned on the site can be sent along with the orders but if you have anything that is not available on our site, you can always ask for the same on 022-28585555 and you will be given the Quote.

15. What if we wish to cancel the Order?

Once an order is completed, no changes or cancellations can be made after 30 minutes from the time of order.

While placing an order, please provide us with the following information for delivery at Hotel. Hotel - Full address of the hotel. Room No. Telephone number of the hotel.
